Full Job Description Duties:

• Lead Welder
• Supervise and coordinate structural steel projects from start to finish
• Manage and oversee all aspects of the process
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
• Ensure quality control and adherence to specifications
• Coordinate and schedule labor, equipment, and materials for efficient project execution
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar supervisory role in the construction industry
• Proficient in construction estimating, contract management, and budgeting
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills to effectively manage a team
• Must be able to lead a crew to erect joist, decking and columns, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues that may arise during construction projects
• Welding experience is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation
