Production Supervisor Sosa Line Tampa, FL Job Details Full-time From $20 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Bilingual Spanish Team leadership Underground utilities English Mid-level Driver’s License Supervising experience Construction Leadership Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a basic, experienced Underground Utility Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all aspects of underground utility projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction safety practices, and the ability to manage crews efficiently. Responsibilities Supervise crews installing underground utilities (pipes, fiber optic, etc.) Coordinate daily activities and ensure project milestones are met Read and interpret prints, plans, and specifications Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety standards Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors Track and report work progress, crew hours, and materials Resolve on-site issues and ensure quality control Supervise daily production activities Monitor equipment performance and perform routine maintenance as needed to ensure operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Needs to be in the jobsite daily for supervision (we provide a work truck) Requirements Basic experience in underground utility Prior supervisory or foreman experience Ability to read civil construction drawings Bilingual (English/Spanish) Valid driver’s license Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or manufacturing facility. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members at all levels. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed to meet production demands.
