Job Description/Responsibilities include:

Must Be Bilingual (Spanish) Experience Installing Miscellaneous Steel, Stair, Ladders, handrail etc is a plus. Manages the day to day operation of a specific steel construction project; plans and organizes work flow Supervises and coordinates the work activities of a specific crew; possesses the ability to build a strong team Works with the superintendent to establish priorities and goals Ensures all safety precautions and quality standards are met Understands steel construction job site and equipment terminology Able to read drawings, plans, and blueprints Supervises the use of machinery and equipment Advises management on status, progress, timelines, and issues Monitors on-site inventory Communicates clearly and professionally to customers, vendors, and management Resolves any emerging problems or issues In-depth knowledge of OSHA safety regulations required Possesses ability to train employees in optimal safety standards

$26.00 – $32.00 per hour
