We are seeking a dynamicand experienced Production Supervisor to join our fast-paced foodproduction team. This is a permanent position that offers anexcellent opportunity to work with a dedicated team ofprofessionals in a thriving industry. The successful candidate willbe responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of ourproduction line, ensuring that our products meet the highestquality standards while adhering to all regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a keen eye fordetail and a passion for excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Overseedaily production operations, ensuring that all processes arerunning smoothly and efficiently. 2. Implement lean manufacturingprinciples to optimize production flow and reduce waste. 3. Ensurecompliance with food manufacturing, packaging, and safetyregulations, including GMP, SQF, BRC, FSMA, GFSI, and HACCP. 4.Lead and motivate a diverse team of production workers, fostering apositive and inclusive work environment. 5. Develop and monitor keyperformance indicators (KPIs) to measure production efficiency andidentify areas for improvement. 6. Coordinate with otherdepartments to ensure that production schedules are met and thatproduct quality is maintained. 7. Conduct regular training sessionsto ensure that all team members are up-to-date on the latestproduction techniques and safety protocols. 8. Resolve anyproduction issues that may arise and implement corrective actionsas needed. 9. Maintain accurate and detailed production records,ensuring that all documentation is completed in a timely andaccurate manner.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years ofexperience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.2. Proven experience with lean manufacturing principles andpractices. 3. Extensive knowledge of food manufacturing andpackaging regulations, including GMP, SQF, BRC, FSMA, GFSI, and

HACCP. 4.

Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability tomotivate and manage a team. 5. Excellent communication skills, withfluency in both English and Spanish. 6. Experience in developingand monitoring KPI metrics. 7. Strong problem-solving skills, withthe ability to think quickly and make effective decisions underpressure. 8. High level of attention to detail, with a commitmentto producing high-quality products. 9. Ability to work flexiblehours, including nights and weekends, as needed. 10.
