Our 3rd shift keeps the operation running while others rest?ensuring product is processed and ready for distribution by morning. We?re looking for a proven leader who thrives under pressure and understands the unique pace of overnight production .
Position Summary:
The 3rd Shift Production Supervisor will oversee personnel, equipment, and output during overnight operations. You?ll be responsible for maintaining safety and quality standards, hitting production targets, and fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise production line staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance Ensure compliance with USDA, OSHA, GMP, and food safety regulations Troubleshoot production and personnel issues quickly and effectively Monitor yields, labor efficiency, and downtime; report and respond accordingly Train and coach employees on SOPs, safety, and best practices Collaborate with sanitation, maintenance, and QA teams to support smooth transitions between shifts
Qualifications:
