The purpose of the role:

The Shift Lead oversees the safe manufacturing of high-quality durable composite decking. The Shift Lead will be responsible for most aspects of this high-volume production environment including safety, quality, production management, personnel management, supervision, technical solutions, materials management, reporting, training, etc.

Responsibilities:

Liaison between the Production Manager and the production team. Administer progressive discipline. Complete necessary production and shift paperwork.
