Multiple Production Supervisors needed Position Available In Monroe, New York

gpac is working with a dairy manufacturing company south of LaCrosse, Wisconsin seeking 3 personnel, a 2nd shift ProductionSupervisor and two 3rd shift Production Supervisors , to join theirleadership team and develop their management skills. This companyis a well-known food manufacturer that has been providing freshlocally processed, high-quality products for 30 years. They arelooking for someone who will be responsible for manufacturing,efficiency, inventory, safety, and maintenance for the departmentand shift, assessing needs and helping to achieve company andfacility goals in collaboration with other department supervisorsand management. They have an excellent group of employees who arehighly trained and are looking for a true leader.

Responsibilitiesinclude:

Manage and coach the team to success, insure manufacturingproductivity and efficiency for the shift 2nd shift is 2-11pm M-F,rotating every 3rd Saturday. 3rd shift is Sun-Thurs 7pm-5am,another 3rd shifts 5pm-5am on a 3-4 day on/off rotating scheduleCollaborate with other shift departments. Follow and enforce allpolicies and procedures, both company and regulator Ensure safetyof all employees Trouble shoot and work with Maintenance team.

Communicate with the Management team on shift performance andproduction, both planning and issue resolution The ideal candidateholds: 3 years of experience in a food manufacturing facility,preferably dairy. Need to be highly motivated, have greatcommunication and leadership skills. Ability to operate allequipment necessary to perform all manufacturing operations.

Familiarity working with data management programs.
