Summary We are seeking a dedicated Plant Supervisor to join our team at Fizzano Brothers Concrete Products. This role is essential for overseeing daily operations at our manufacturing plant, ensuring efficiency and quality in the production of our concrete products. The Plant Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the manufacturing plant to ensure efficiency and productivity. Manage and train plant staff, fostering a positive work environment. Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet customer demands. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and processes to maintain quality standards. Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and cost-saving measures. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing operations is essential.
