Operations & Production Supervisor Flying Meatballs 15 McFadden Rd, Easton, PA 18045 Our team at A La Grande Fine Foods / The Flying Meatballs is hiring a full-time Operations & Production Supervisor at our Easton, PA facility! We’re looking for someone with a sharp eye, a hands-on mindset, and solid experience in food production. You’ll lead a hard-working crew and keep daily operations running smoothly from start to finish. Must be fluent in Spanish and English , as our production floor depends on strong bilingual communication.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Overseeing daily production: supervising the team, scheduling, and ensuring tasks are completed safely and on time Managing processes like loading/unloading, machine operation, basic assembly tasks, and product packaging (we’ll provide training where needed) Leading quality control by inspecting products, verifying measurements, and reporting any issues Handling and organizing raw materials, parts, and finished goods Maintaining machinery by cleaning, lubricating, and supporting minor repairs Keeping accurate records of production runs, inventory, and quality data through basic computer systems or ERP Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient production flow and flagging issues when they arise Upholding a clean, organized, and safe workspace in full compliance with USDA, OSHA, and food safety standards What You Bring to the

3+ years of supervisory experience in a food production environment Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide a team General knowledge of production machinery and processes Comfortable with basic computer use and data entry (ERP/WMS experience is a plus) Familiarity with

HACCP, GMP, USDA

standards, and food safety protocols Ability to lift and move materials throughout the warehouse as needed
