⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Exp Mowing Foreman (Dallastown) Lionscape compensation: $25-$30/hr employment type: experience level: senior level job title: Mowing Division Foreman We are actively seeking an Experience Mowing Foreman. Responsible for making sure all mowing properties are getting completed on schedule.• Properties are done in entirety. Maintain a high level of quality in service.
Example:
Trimming heights, Straight lines, nicely striped, grass clumps, turn marks from tires, blowing grass clipping, clean flower beds and edges. Sharpening blades and scraping decks, 1 time per week during summer (July and August), 2 times per week in spring(april-june) and fall (sept-october). Oil changes and other scheduled maintenance to all mowers and equipment. Maintaining mowing trucks and trailers. Example, tires / plugs, check oil, schedule maintenance, example oil changes, brake work. Any issues with trucks need to be addressed. Schedule service at dealers for additional work needed. Getting mowing back on schedule / caught up if behind due to weather, short staffed (sick). Maintaining a clean work environment, example: trucks, trailers, clean mowers, Make sure gas cans get filled up. Make sure we maintain a high level of service to our clients, and hold our team to a high standard to make sure we provide our clients with the best service possible. Responsible for scheduling full routes for mowing crews. Make necessary adjustments if callouts / time off. Lead the mowing crew(s) by example, hold all crew members accountable, and make sure that you assist them to excel in their role with the crew to the their abilities. Train and supervise new hires, train them how to follow the correct processes and procedures in mowing/maintenance. Notify clients of any changes to the schedule/rescheduling Handling all mowing clients issues / concerns, fixing / taking actions in correcting problems. There will be an interview process and we will only consider suitable candidates. Position will start @$25/ hr and will have milestones and will have a 60 day review to see if an increase is appropriate and all responsibilities are being handled at a high level. Principals only.
