8:00pm-6:00am,

Mon-Fri Responsibilities:

Ensure proper equipment setup, smooth production flow, and timely reporting of issues to management. Supervise sanitation operations including equipment cleaning, waste disposal, and facility housekeeping. Monitor and help control costs related to labor, supplies, and chemicals while maintaining sanitation standards. Coordinate production scheduling with distribution to optimize output and shipping. Enforce and support all workplace safety practices, training, and incident investigations. Maintain accurate sanitation documentation to ensure audit readiness and compliance.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in food processing, packaging, and filling operations required. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, train, and motivate employees. Familiarity with production equipment setup, maintenance, and operation. Clear communicator with ability to interact across all management levels. Basic computer proficiency for communication, scheduling, and documentation. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, train on day/evening shift, and work overtime as needed.
