Photo Printing & Fulfillment Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Production Team Member to join our photo printing and fulfillment team. This role will be responsible for printing customer photo orders, light photo editing using Adobe Photoshop, packaging customer orders, and ensuring the proper maintenance of printing equipment. The ideal candidate will have an eye for quality, basic photo editing skills, and a strong focus on efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Photo Printing:

Operate and monitor photo printing machines to produce high-quality prints according to customer specifications.

Light Photoshop Editing:

Perform basic editing tasks such as color correction, resizing, and retouching using Adobe Photoshop.

Order Fulfillment:

Accurately package photo orders for shipment, ensuring that all products are handled with care to prevent damage.

Machine Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment, including cleaning and troubleshooting minor issues to ensure smooth operation.

Quality Control:

Inspect prints for accuracy, color fidelity, and overall quality before packaging and shipment.

Inventory Management:

Assist in managing stock levels of printing supplies such as paper, ink, and packaging materials.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members to meet daily production goals and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

Customer Service:

Communicate with customer service or clients if issues arise regarding order specifications or quality.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (or similar photo editing software). Previous experience with photo printing or similar production roles preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
