Production and Customer Service Associate 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars Benton, AR 72015 Join Our Growing Team in Benton, AR! We’re a fast-paced, expanding company looking for a dependable, upbeat team member to join our crew! Starting pay is $12-$14/hr depending on your experience and skill set. What You’ll Be Doing:
This role is a mix of customer service and hands-on fulfillment.
Responsibilities include:
Providing friendly, helpful service in person, over the phone, on social media, and via email Picking and packing customer orders Assisting in various production departments (training provided)
What We’re Looking For:
Someone who: Learns quickly and takes pride in their work Is flexible and comfortable wearing multiple hats Can walk, bend, and lift as needed throughout the shift Has customer service experience (preferred, but not required) Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
Hours & Schedule:
We’re open Monday-Friday, 8 AM-6 PM and Saturday, 8 AM-5 PM . Must be available to work Saturdays 30-40 hours per week guaranteed Full-time employees get two days off per week If you’re ready to grow with a company that values your energy and attitude, we’d love to hear from you!
