KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Production Coordinator to join our Corporate Affairs organization.

Responsibilities:

Play a vital role in the execution of video production, and the creation of digital content that supports our Corporate Affairs strategy and advances the firm’s strategic priorities by ensuring high-quality, engaging digital content is created and delivered on time
Work closely with producers, directors, and talent to ensure that production goals and deadlines are met focusing on a detail-oriented process for show-flows, written materials, logistics, and more
Create video files and motion designs that enhance storytelling, support project objectives and align with distribution platform best practices
Help maintain a detailed inventory of existing digital content, as well as identify gaps and opportunities
Analyze data to glean actionable insights, while also adopting, developing, and mastering internal tools and processes to drive departmental process improvement; ensure quality and enhance efficiency in daily production operations

Qualifications:

Minimum three years of recent experience working within a studio environment that supports on-demand video production, live broadcasting, and other digital projects, with familiarity with broadcast production equipment and software
Advanced working knowledge of digital technology and video editing software packages including Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, and related A.I. plug-ins; experience with Final Cut Pro is preferred
Ability to effectively collaborate and interact with individuals at all levels across an organization, including senior leadership; knowledge of the business and competitive environment​
Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities and project management skills; proactive team player and self-starter who exercises independent judgment and discretion​ with a keen eye for high-quality
Innovative problem solver with technical aptitude and critical thinking skills; proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other design tools
Capability to thrive, multi-task, and be flexible in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
