Duties Operate machinery and equipment on the assembly line, including tools and hand tools, to fabricate and assemble products. Follow detailed work instructions to ensure accuracy in production tasks. Conduct quality checks on finished products to meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing facility. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve production efficiency. Assist in the movement of materials within the warehouse as needed. Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues with equipment and report any significant problems to supervisors. Experience Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing facility is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with assembly line processes is an advantage. Mechanical knowledge and experience highly desirable. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while adhering to safety protocols.
