The ideal candidate will be responsible for finalizing products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of various machining processes and the ability to work with precision tools. As a Finisher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high-quality standards that our customers expect. Responsibilities Operate milling machines and CNC equipment to finish components according to specifications. Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet required standards. Assemble parts and components as needed, ensuring proper fit and function. Utilize plasma cutting techniques for precise material shaping. Apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations during the finishing process. Assist in programming CNC machines for specific tasks as required. Demonstrate mechanical knowledge by troubleshooting equipment issues and performing routine maintenance. Work with tooling and press brake machines to shape materials accurately. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and quality. Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing or machining environment is preferred. Familiarity with milling machines, CNC operations, plasma cutting, and press brake machines is advantageous. Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with tooling are essential. Ability to read technical drawings and schematics is a plus. A commitment to quality inspection processes and attention to detail is crucial for success in this role.
