Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our Production Department. This role involves supervising job sites, conducting roof and leak inspections, overseeing crews, and performing minor repairs as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing and construction, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform roof inspections and diagnose leaks on residential and commercial properties Supervise job sites to ensure quality control, safety, and adherence to project timelines Perform small roofing repairs and maintenance tasks as needed Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients and crew members Document work performed and communicate findings via digital tools Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times Report progress and site conditions to the production manager
Required Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Prior experience in roofing and general construction Ability to climb and inspect roofs safely Skilled in performing basic roofing repairs Comfortable working flexible hours based on project needs Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills (e.g., email, mobile apps, digital forms)
Preferred Qualifications:
(English/Spanish) Extensive roofing experience or certifications
