Adecco Staffing is working with a medical manufacturer in Keene, NH who is looking for additional Production Associates in their Assembly and Molding Departments on multiple shifts!
•This is a temporary assignment, and employees whoplete the full duration of the assignment will receive a $2,800pletion bonus.•

Positions Available:

Assembler
Machine Operator

Schedule:

1st

Shift:

6:45am•3:15pm, Monday through Friday
2nd

Shift:

2:45pm•11:15pm, Monday through Friday
3rd

Shift:

10:45pm•7:15am, Monday through Friday

Pay:

$20.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on shift

Job Summary:

Assembler
Understand and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Assembleponents at the required production rate
This position is required to assurepliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices andpany documented procedures (including but not limited to FDA, Quality Systems Regulations, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, government occupational health and environmental regulations and statutes).
Engage others, promote, and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement. Deadlines include daily production schedules and line quotas.
Work is routine and must be performed according to established engineering specifications and in accordance with FDA and

ISO 9000

quality requirements.

Impact and Scope:

Assembly errors are generally detected by another operator on the line or through Quality Control product inspection.
Machine Operator
The Machine Operator will operate the assigned machine(s) and help meet all Production and Quality Requirements.
This hands-on role will assist in clearing jams.
Material handling (filling hoppers, etc.).
Direct operating responsibilities (safety, quality, productivity).
Assisting Technicians with minor preventive maintenance tasks.
Identifying andmunicating chronic machine issues to Line Technicians.
Accuratelyplete all required paperwork.
Complete Oracle transactions.
Conduct paperwork audits and other quality testing as required.
Train others on machine operations to include assembler roles as required.
Assist on-line/packing aisle or other duties as requested by Supervisor and Management.

Required Qualifications:

These positions require an onsite interview
Must be able to verballyprehend English
Must be able and flexible to rotate to specified operations in production.
Must work a reasonable amount of overtime as determined by production management.
Strongmunication skills
Ability to perform required visual inspection.
Ability to follow verbal instructions as required.
Ability to participate actively on teams.
Ability to work cooperatively with co-workers.
Ability to adapt to process changes.
Ability to work at a rapid and repetitive pace.
Ability to learn various operations and equipment within the clean room and perform proficiently
