Our Client, a Business Manufacturing and Supply company, is looking for a Planner for their Keene, NH location.
Responsibilities:
To provide coordination and administrative support to the production control function.
Responsible for printing, organizing and validating document packages. Ensuring all necessary information is readily available and accessible to all relevant team members.
Tasked with data validation duties including verifying job start dates, correct reference matching to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
In charge of delivering and organizing jobs in the kitting room, ensuring all tasks are properly allocated and ready for implementation.
Entrusted with entering the complete status of each job into the system, providing updates to the team and ensuring everyone is aware of the progress and completion of tasks.
Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory
Locates and verifies materials listed on production orders
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Any other related duties as required
Requirements:
Computer fluency to include Windows, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and ability to follow procedure
Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
High School Diploma or GED
