Job Description:

We are hiring full-time Production Workers to assist in the daily operations of our sausage manufacturing facility. This role involves hands-on production tasks, working in a cold environment, and lifting heavy materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with sausage production and packaging processes Safely lift and move items weighing 50 lbs or more Work efficiently in refrigerated rooms (cold conditions) Follow food safety and sanitation standards Maintain a clean and organized workspace Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

Must be able to comfortably lift 50+ lbs Must be able to work in a cold environment for extended periods Available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Prior food manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team setting.

Compensation:

Starting pay is $16

• 20/hour, based on experience and performance.
