This role is all about keeping things running smoothly—from managing cardboard and waste to maintaining a clean, safe environment across the production floor and warehouse. It’s physical, fast-paced, and essential. You’ll be moving between tasks and locations throughout the plant, sometimes helping with production, other times handling sanitation or waste. • Treat others how you want to be treated What You’ll Do Keep plant and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe Operate cardboard balers and prep bales for pickup Manage waste and empty/clean trash cans across the plant (breakrooms, restrooms, labs, and more) Handle spills—sauce, glass, and debris—quickly and thoroughly Support production lines with tasks like hand-packing, relabeling, or pallet cleanup Restack pallets, stage food waste drums, and organize warehouse inventory Assist in the cooling tunnel and support manual checks if automated equipment fails Step in during breaks to relieve temporary workers and keep production on track Jump in where needed to ensure the plant stays safe, clean, and productive Why Work With Us?

What You Bring High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in a warehouse or plant environment preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay on your feet for long periods Strong attention to detail and personal responsibility for cleanliness and safety Comfortable working in changing environmental conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.) Team player mindset and willingness to help wherever needed Good communication and organizational skills A positive attitude and a readiness to work hard and pitch in
