Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in the operation of machinery and equipment

Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Support the team in meeting production goals

Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment as needed

Skills

A woodworking background is preferred

Ability to assemble and fabricate products accurately

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot

Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred

Fluent Spanish and English speaker is beneficial

Must be reliable and have reliable transportation

Prior experience with power tools, hand tools, and mechanical knowledge

Strong attention to detail and quality control
