Job Summary:
Production Team Members play an essential role in maintaining safe, efficient, and production operations within an assigned department. This includes active participation in safety programs, daily meetings, and adherence to production demands. Flexibility is key, as tasks may vary within the department and plant. Engagement with company programs supporting safety, quality, and production standards is expected.
