As a Production Team Member, you will play a vital role in the hands-on processing of our premium turkey products. You will be responsible for operating equipment, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring production goals are met with precision and care. United States Key Responsibilities:

Perform hands-on tasks such as trimming, deboning, packaging, and labeling turkey products according to company specifications. Ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, and HACCP food safety regulations and internal quality assurance protocols. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and workstations to identify and report maintenance or safety issues. Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory usage, and quality checks. Operate and monitor food processing machinery and equipment in a safe, efficient, and sanitary manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and resolve workflow issues. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality. Follow strict sanitation procedures to clean and disinfect equipment, tools, and work areas before and after shifts. Support training of new team members by demonstrating proper techniques and safety practices. Adapt to changing production demands and perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
