Manage setup, operation, and staff coordination while maintaining equipment and monitoring quality. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate automated spray line. Monitor and adjust spray parameters (e.g., spray amount, air pressure, atomizers) and RO1 Collaborative Robot program to meet quality standards. Coordinate and assign tasks to production line staff to maximize efficiency. Complete production tracking paperwork accurately and timely. Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of spray booth equipment.

Required Qualifications Experience :

Education :

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skills :

Preferred Qualifications Experience with Turbo Spray Brand Guns. Knowledge of water-based coating applications. Familiarity with robotic systems or programming. Work Schedule Monday-Thursday, 6:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Fridays as needed. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a production environment.
