Job Description
Production Facilitator 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Georgia, VT Adecco is partnering with a local client in Georgia, VT to recruit for a full-time Production Facilitator to help drive efficiency and ensure smooth operations across production lines. Shift:
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30
PM Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules Prepare production reports, labels, and setup sheets Ensure all Work Orders are prepped with necessary materials Verify and communicate errors in spec sheets to Quality Control Track and input KPI data from production reports Recommend staffing needs based on production plan Finalize documentation in SAGE X3 and return unused materials to warehouse Ensure all pallets are entered into the system and staged properly Maintain production scoreboards and lead daily reviews Enforce procedures, GMPs, safety standards, and hygiene protocols Track attendance and assist in evaluating team performance Support staff training and temporary workforce coordination Act as a go-to resource for issue resolution and daily problem-solving Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or college degree 2+ years in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or food production Working knowledge of food hygiene (HACCP), GMPs, and production workflows Strong computer skills; familiarity with SAGE X3 is a plus

Pay Details:
