Analytical Quality Assurance Analyst I Responsibilities Performin-process testing (e.g. weight, thickness, hardness,disintegration, friability, etc.) as per manufacturing batch recordinstructions. Conduct room and equipment checks (where applicable)prior to each stage of manufacturing by following detailed writtenprocedures. Execute acceptable quality limit (AQL) sampling andinspections as required. Inspect in-process and finished productsamples (where applicable) for the Quality Control (QC) Lab andfollowing detailed documentation procedures to deliver the resultsto the QC Lab. Maintain records of standard weights and performdaily verification of balances. Ensure the proper isolation ofrejected material generated during batch process and accountabilityin the batch record. Monitor facility and product environmentaloperating conditions. Review of engineering records such astemperature and humidity data calibration and PM records, Pestcontrol records and contractor related functions. Assess onlinebatch records in terms of completeness of signatures, entries, andactual reconciliation / yields prior to initiation of nextprocessing step. Verify functionality of all the equipment andassociated controls during the batch run. Perform applicabletesting and prepare reports for customer complaints. Identify andreport any non-conformances and/or discrepancies to management ifapplicable. Complete other duties or participate in project work asassigned by management. Requirements 3 years’ experience in aquality assurance in a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing operationand work environment. Advanced vocational training or education inpharmaceutical manufacturing, industrial management or relatedfield of study from an accredited college/university.is preferred.

Experience in MDI or parentals preferred. Proficient user ofpersonal computer hardware and software applications such asMicrosoft Office tools, SAP, and other business applications. Mustbe able to influence decision-making and facilitate completion ofwork toward the achievement of the business plan and goals. Musthave current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) knowledge. Musthave strong attention-to-detail.
