Full-Time | Immediate Hire About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager to support federal construction projects in Columbus, GA . This position is responsible for ensuring strict compliance with government standards, safety regulations, and contract specifications. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in federally regulated construction environments, particularly those involving mechanical systems. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement project-specific Quality Control Plans (QCPs) in accordance with federal standards Oversee inspections, testing, and documentation for all phases of construction Ensure compliance with USACE/NAVFAC/DoD quality standards and safety regulations Supervise mechanical features of work, ensuring alignment with design specifications Maintain daily quality control reports and deficiency logs Coordinate closely with project managers, site superintendents, subcontractors, and federal representatives Review and approve submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings Conduct regular QC and safety meetings to promote continuous improvement What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of QC experience on federal construction projects with a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Engineer (PE) License , OR Minimum 10 years of experience supervising mechanical systems in a quality control role Must have CQM-C Strong familiarity with
EM 385-1-1 , UFC
standards , and federal construction protocols Proven leadership and the ability to manage site-level QC activities independently Excellent documentation and communication skills Must be able to pass a drug test and background check U.S. work authorization required Why Join Us?
