Quality Manager:
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Manager to join our collaborative team. This is an on-site role responsible for ensuring compliance with customer-specific Source Controlled Drawings (SCDs), industry standards, and internal quality certifications. Our value-added services are critical to the success of high-reliability applications, and the Quality Manager plays a key role in maintaining that standard. While this role does not include direct reports or HR responsibilities , the Quality Manager works cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to uphold quality expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure all quality system requirements are fulfilled
- Reviewing customer SCDs against manufacturer’s datasheets to ensure products meet customer requirements. This requires basic knowledge of Electrical Components and review of datasheets
- Review Lot Acceptance Test data for compliance to customer requirements
- Manage and review First Article Inspection to ensure conformance to customer requirements
- Ensuring continued compliance with national and international standards and legislation
- Communicating with customer and supplier quality teams on all quality related issues
- Maintain quality inspection and product processes
- Coordinate and resolve all
NMR/CAR/RMA/RGA
issues
- Identify, implement, update, and enhance procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
- Presentation of performance metrics, projects, and information
- Provide support to all personnel on quality related issues
- General problem-solving skills
- Technical Resource to Sales Team
- Process PCN’s (Product Change Notices) received from suppliers
