We’re not your typical manufacturer; We are reshaping the future of flight. Our patented RPD™ (Rapid Plasma Deposition) technology is pushing boundaries, and we need someone equally bold to champion quality at every layer.
What you will do:
Lead a team of driven QA pros ensuring our titanium parts exceed customer expectations
Own AS9100pliance, supplier quality, and audit readiness
Partner globally across engineering, production, and supply chain to build bulletproof quality systems
Think big and act boldly, we’re counting on your insight to improve processes, tools, and team culture
Be hands-on, proactive, and decisive; Because quality at NTi isn’t a checkbox, it’s a mindset
Who you are:
A strategic, people-first leader with 5+ years in quality management (aerospace or advanced manufacturing = major plus!)
Fluent in ISO, AS9100, and quality control methods – Six Sigma is your second language
A builder of systems and teams; Not just a manager, but a motivator
Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a dynamic, high-growth, tech-forward environment
