Aerospace Manufacturing Description:

Join a dynamic team in a hands-on role supporting the inspection of mechanical components in a leading aerospace manufacturing environment. As a Incoming/Outgoing Parts Inspector , you will be responsible for conducting visual inspections to verify part markings and surface condition of incoming and outgoing products. This position is vital to maintaining quality assurance and conformance to design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform basic visual inspections to ensure product conformance to design requirements. Confirm part numbers and markings against documentation. Identify and document discrepancies in the non-conformance system. Segregate, control, and manage non-conforming items appropriately. Review and process rework dispositions. Collaborate with internal team members during product/process verification activities. Follow on-the-job or classroom training protocols for role success.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required. Experience with ISO or AS9100 Experience in the aerospace industry or similar MUST Experience in visual inspection or quality assurance preferred. Experience with measuring equipment (calipers.) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Ability to read blueprints Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, vision test required, safety shoes required
