The Quality Inspector will be responsible for conducting visual, dimensional, and process inspections during the manufacturing of the company products. Responsibilities as

Quality Inspector:

Perform visual and dimensional inspections of products ensuring conformance to specs and drawings. Inspect products including welded assemblies, electro-mechanical assemblies, machined components and more. Complete and maintain inspection related documentation including NCR’s, checklists, inspection records, in line with ISO9001 standards. Support and participate in both internal and external audits. Support and promote continuous improvement activities where possible. Experience required as

Quality Inspector:

Engineering degree in mechanical or electrical field or training in mechanical inspection preferred. Minimum of 2 years with a quality inspection position in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of ISO9001 principles. Confident with GD&T and technical drawing reading. Experience with weld and welded component inspection. Confident using inspection equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc. Familiar with documentation including inspection reports and NCR’s.
