Location- 3-4 days onsite in Needham, MA

Must Have:

Should have minimum 6 years experience in functional testing and hands-on.
Should have minimum 2 years experience as a lead for more than 3 members team.
Candidate should have good communication skills, committed and passionate to drive their tasks independently.
Should have good understanding of Asset management firm in general and capital markets concepts
Stocks, Bonds
Bond Forwards, Futures
Swaps
Should have good understanding of trading lifecycle.
Must have strong SQL understanding and ability to analyze data using SQL
Should not have switched multiple companies within the last year. We are looking for long term commitment & we are seeing many profiles who have changed companies within last 6 months, some even in Sept last year.

Have:

Should have experience in working in Front or Middle office of an Asset management firm. Candidate should have some automation experience in technologies such as Selenium, Python or Robot Framework.
