Job Description
In this critical role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for audit-related inquiries, working directly with a variety of key internal and external stakeholders, including agents, underwriters, auditors, vendors, and insureds. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring smooth audit processes and providing timely, accurate resolutions.
Hybrid Role:
Two days onsite 3 day remotesalary: $18 – $19 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM – 4
PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities Customer Advocate:
Answer telephone inquiries and provide comprehensive resolutions to agents, insureds, and underwriters.
Communication Hub:
Monitor and manage audit mailboxes, ensuring all email inquiries are understood, resolved, or delegated efficiently.
Process Expert:
Learn and master departmental roles, workflows, and the responsibilities of all parties involved in audit transactions (insured, agent, underwriter, auditor vendor, billing, legal, regulatory bureaus, etc.).
Deadline Driven:
Meet all deadlines and ensure all inquiries are addressed appropriately and promptly.
Data Steward:
Ensure proper handling of sensitive and confidential information.
Proactive Partner:
Anticipate the needs of requestors, review incoming requests, and allocate or take ownership of outcomes.
Team Player:
Assist with departmental support responsibilities, including work order generation, work assignments, inventory allocation, and vendor invoicing/reconciliation.
Quality Champion:
Execute workflows and audit/worksheet preparation for special audit programs, ensuring adherence to service levels.
Continuous Learner:
Work across multiple applications and systems, adapting to evolving departmental needs.
