- Verification of product compliance to workmanship standards, verify AOIreports are correctWork with AOI Plus Operator/Lead to determine defects types and countsCapable of running X-ray analysis when necessaryVerification of process compliance to established proceduresVerification of documentation compliance to document controlprocess/procedureRunning PCB assemblies through wash in between board inspectionsClean and maintain AOI area, including operator maintenanceFisnar masking & Solder pasting machine operation•
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED EquivalentAbility to read schematics a plusFamiliarity with first piece, in process, audit, final quality controlinspection procedure a plusAbility to use inspection gauge (calipers, rulers, microscope, etc)Knowledge of IPC610, IPC600, IPC770, IPC700, IPC7711, IPC7721Ability to bend/twist/reachAbility to stand 4+ hours
