What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with local teams to identify areas for improvement and provide hands-on guidance during process changes. Review and analyze incident reports, then prepare easy-to-understand summaries for management to drive action. Track progress toward quality goals by collecting, organizing, and interpreting key data points. Lead engaging training sessions on incident reporting and quality standards for staff across your region. Conduct on-site audits, checking documentation and practices to ensure readiness for licensing and certification reviews. Investigate incidents or concerns, gathering facts and interviewing staff to ensure transparency and accountability. Work closely with operations to implement and monitor new strategies, following up to confirm positive outcomes.

Qualifications:

Must reside in or near the Columbia/Jefferson City, MO area. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least three years of experience in quality improvement or a related social services field. Valid driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication and customer service skills.
