The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position requires a strong understanding of quality assurance processes, familiarity with regulatory standards, and proficiency in precision measuring instruments. The Quality Technician will be responsible for conducting inspections, performing audits, and maintaining quality systems to ensure adherence to CGMP and
ISO 13485
standards. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of products using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and vision inspection systems. Perform quality audits to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality metrics. Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly. Assist in the development and implementation of quality systems and procedures. Utilize software tools such as Calypso for data analysis and reporting purposes. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Experience Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment is preferred. Familiarity with regulatory standards such as CGMP and
ISO 13485
is highly desirable. Experience with quality audits and the ability to interpret quality system documentation effectively. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and vision inspection systems is essential. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate assessments of product quality. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration across departments.
