Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Panel Test Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing and verifying electrical panels and control systems to ensure they meet company and customer standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality and safety through hands-on inspection, testing, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional and safety testing on electrical control panels and assemblies.
• Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical specifications to verify panel construction and performance.
• Perform continuity checks, insulation resistance tests, and power-up testing.
• Identify and document non-conformities, troubleshoot issues, and work with production teams to resolve them.
• Ensure all testing equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
• Prepare test reports, logs, and quality documentation as required.
• Comply with company quality and safety standards at all times.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the QA process.
