Mid-level Quality assurance HACCP 2 years Full Job Description Do you have an eye for detail and are an experienced QA Specialist? Action Pak Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to work in their new state of the art facility in Camden, New Jersey. This position enforces Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Regulations in a manufacturing environment while supporting Quality Compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of testing product, machines and the production environment for contaminants. This is a night shift position with the hours of 4:15pm to 12:45am

Duties include and are not limited to the following: Swabbing testing machines to ensure no contaminants are present Collecting samples from batches to send to offsite testing facility Tracking and storing retained production samples Ability Read & Understand SOP’s so that they may be taught to employees Routine Follow-up Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Conduct employee Training Enforce FISMA and

FOOD SAFETY

Regulations & Practices Backup Lead Quality Tech as required Check Critical control Points (CCP) in the process documentation. perform verification checks

Job Requirements:

Solid mathematical skills with mathematical reasoning. Understanding of GMP & Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) practices HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) Trained (Optional) Familiar with Food regulations in a production environment Qualifications and Education Requirements Prior experience in a filling and batch making facility HACCP Trained or knowledge of food regulations PCQI (Optional) Minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality assurance Work Environment Warehouse environment. Able to walk freely throughout the facility, climb around pallets, use a short ladder. Able to lift up to 35 pounds.
