Under the direction of the Director of Quality Assurance, the QA Specialist will assist in implementing all of Enable’s quality assurance efforts.
Essential Job Functions:
Assists with conducting investigations regarding critical and unusual incidents as directed; prepares written reports. Ensures data is collected; Assists in analyzing data; Prepares reports on data. Ensures all corrective action recommendations and plans are implemented or revised as necessary Participates in the Safety Committee and actively supports its related responsibilities. May assist with identifying, revising, and improving quality control measures. Acknowledges the employee’s name will be checked against the Central Registry of Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field 2 years experience in the developmental disabilities field (which can include years in college if the degree is in special education) Valid driver’s license and personal automobile Education and/or experience in performing statistical analysis Excellent computer skills including data entry, running queries, creating graphic illustrations of data Strong ability in using Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word Strong writing skills Ability to work as a team player and train employees to engage in quality improvement efforts Able to work with minimal supervision Skill in defining and solving problems, especially in data collection and report preparation Able to multi-task; well organized

$50,000.00 – $52,000.00 per hour
