Key Responsibilities:
Sampling Stock Management QHSS&E Qualification & Experience:
High School Diploma/GED required Bachelor’s degree in chemistry preferred not required
Position Summary:
Compounds fragrance oils as per business priorities and due delivery dates applying global good laboratory practices, standard operating procedures, supported with the digital tools and software’s available Delivers the minimum required average nb of manual pours/day as per the global target and the target defined by the creation lab manager (excluding pours that could have or should have been tasked to the robot, except where specifically authorized) Optimizes the number of pours to be done manually when applicable Keeps the personal workbench clean and organized as per the best practices and optimizes its personal collection of raw materials Keeps the personal collection of raw materials fresh and ensures all expired ones are removed from the personal workbench Keeps the personal physical workbench collection up to date with the personal collection in digital systems Keeps organized and up to date the collection of fragrance oil related to the perfumers / oil library Ensures compliance with all QHS&E procedures and proactively contributes to the improvement of lab safety Maintains a clean and well-organized laboratory/workplace Ensures all samples produced meet the quality standards as per the global SOPs before releasing the samples Reports any non conformance to the laboratory supervisor or manager Adopts a culture of continuous improvement, and actively participates in LEAN projects Operates with a team spirit mindset and supports the colleagues under high workload situations Applicant Notices & Disclaimers
