P and S Court, Duncan, SC 29334 Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of quality inspection processes, FDA regulations, and CGMP practices. The Quality Assurance Inspector will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections and analyses to maintain product integrity and safety. Responsibilities Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Utilize various measuring tools such as calipers and coordinate measuring machines to assess product dimensions and tolerances. Conduct visual inspections using vision inspection systems to identify defects or deviations from quality standards. Analyze inspection data and prepare detailed reports on findings, including any non-conformities or areas for improvement. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary. Ensure adherence to FDA regulations, CGMP guidelines, and
ISO 13485
standards throughout the inspection process. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities in accordance with company policies. Experience Proven experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment is essential. Familiarity with FDA regulations, CGMP practices, and
ISO 13485
standards is highly desirable. Proficient in using measurement tools such as calipers and coordinate measuring machines. Experience with quality control software such as Calypso is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. $21.50 – $25.89 per hour
Schedule:
10 hour shift 12 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Holidays Monday to Friday Night shift Overtime Weekends as needed
