Special Conditions Requires the ability to use various types of respirators. Possesses knowledge of various steam and hot water boiler plant operations. Preventative maintenance, sensor replacement, neutralization kits, heat exchanger cleaning will be included. This will include troubleshooting of systems, Chillers, Cooling Towers and Pumps. Major chiller repairs will be supported by service agreements with contractors.
