Primary Responsibilities:
- Sets up and performs welding on allwelding operations.
- Successfully completes and maintains weldingqualification for steel sheet and plate fillet and groove welding.
- Performs quality checks using proper measuring devices duringoperation and completes quality records.
- Stops production whenquality issues are detected.
- Completes all appropriate paperwork,including labels, accurately and completely.
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform complex welds, mechanical aptitude with theability to read and understand blueprints.
- Minimum of 2 yearsexperience with GMAW and Arc Welding.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
