Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled Fabricator/Welders to join our teams in Lebanon and Bethel, PA. If you have experience in welding and fabrication, and are committed to producing high-quality metal products, we’d love to have you on board. This role involves welding metal components, reading blueprints, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, Flux Core, and Hard Wire welding. Assemble, fabricate, and repair metal components using cutting and welding techniques. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Inspect welded joints and structures to ensure they meet quality standards. Ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of welding equipment and the work area. Work efficiently to meet production quotas while maintaining safety standards. Operate hoists and overhead cranes for handling heavy materials. Notify supervisors of any equipment malfunctions or defective materials. Follow safety guidelines and wear proper protective equipment.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a Welder, with proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding. Strong ability to read and understand blueprints and shop drawings. Basic understanding of math as it relates to welding tasks. Good physical condition with the ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in varied temperatures. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Must be proficient in English for safety and communication purposes. Experience operating overhead cranes is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to weld components in both vertical and flat positions. Manual dexterity and physical stability to operate welding tools and equipment. Ability to see fine details up close.
