Role:

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll lead the charge in developing and executing high-impact organic strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X. You’ll own the full content lifecycle—from ideation to analysis—while optimizing for growth, engagement, and ROI. This is a hands-on, results-driven role for someone who knows how to build audiences, move fast, and make bold plays.

What You’ll Do:

Design and implement data-driven social media strategies across all major platforms Create compelling content calendars with a mix of educational, promotional, storytelling, and engagement-driven posts Monitor trends and quickly adapt content to capitalize on emerging opportunities Optimize content performance with platform-specific adjustments and A/B testing Track KPIs, deliver insightful performance reports, and adjust strategy based on data Foster community engagement through active comment and message moderation Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and design teams Stay on the pulse of social algorithm shifts, audience behaviors, and digital trends

What You Bring:

3+ years in social media marketing, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth brand Proven success scaling social media audiences and engagement through organic strategy Strong grasp of platform algorithms, content optimization, and analytics tools Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills; knows how to align content with brand voice Data-savvy mindset with experience using insights to inform and iterate campaigns
