Description We are seeking an experienced and strategic Paid Search Specialist to oversee and execute digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of creating, managing, and optimizing multi-channel paid search and social campaigns that drive measurable performance, generate leads, and maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities:

Paid Search Campaign Strategy & Execution:
+ Develop, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to achieve business objectives + Conduct in-depth analysis to identify target audiences and build campaigns that engage and convert. + Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines and marketing goals. +
Cross-Platform Optimization:
+ Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates across all platforms. + Use A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve performance across different channels. + Leverage platform-specific algorithms and features, such as Google’s Performance Max campaigns or TikTok’s Creator Tools, to maximize efficiency and results. +
Analytics and Reporting:
+ Track and analyze data from campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager + Translate performance data into actionable insights and present detailed performance reports to stakeholders, including recommendations for future strategies. +
Budget Management:
+ Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively across multiple platforms to achieve the highest ROI. + Regularly provide forecasts, spending updates, and recommendations to stakeholders. +
Collaboration:
+ Partner closely with creative teams to ensure ad creatives, visuals, and messaging are optimized for each platform. + Work with marketing and content teams to align paid strategies with overall branding, messaging, and campaign goals. + Collaborate with web development teams to optimize landing pages for paid campaigns.
Requirements Requirements:
+ Proven experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. + Strong expertise in campaign creation, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad optimization techniques. + Experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics, or platform-specific tools to track and measure campaign performance. + Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to evaluate campaign ROI and identify areas for optimization. + Experience with A/B testing, performance tracking, and adapting strategies based on data. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. + Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. + Knowledge of SEO or organic social media marketing is a plus.
