This position connects Auburn University with its alumni, fostering a sense of community and shared purpose. You will focus on cultivating meaningful relationships and encouraging alumni involvement, volunteering, and giving.

What You’ll Do:
Alumni Engagement:

Cultivate and enhance meaningful relationships with alumni through strategic outreach, events, and programs.

Volunteer Leadership:

Support and advise volunteer leaders in Auburn Clubs and Alumni Affiliates, empowering them to drive alumni engagement initiatives

Event Coordination:

Plan and execute regional events and programs, ensuring seamless coordination and memorable experiences for alumni and stakeholders.

Champion Philanthropy:

Promote and bolster philanthropic support by fostering a culture of giving and involvement among alumni.

Regional Engagement Officer:
Purpose:

Drive alumni involvement and retention through strategic outreach and meaningful interactions with individuals and groups. Act as a primary point of contact for Auburn Alumni in a designated geographic region, providing guidance and support.

Collaboration:

Advise and assist volunteer leaders in Auburn Clubs and Alumni Affiliates, enhancing their efforts to connect and engage alumni. Work closely with volunteer leaders to leverage volunteer-driven pathways for increased engagement and involvement.

Innovation:

Partner with volunteer groups, including clubs, affiliates, and councils, to promote engagement and foster a strong affinity for Auburn University. Inspire and encourage alumni to support Auburn University through giving, promoting a culture of philanthropy and involvement.

Production:

Plan and support events and programs that bolster philanthropic support and strengthen relationships with alumni, donors, faculty, staff, and students. Attend regional events and host engagement opportunities, ensuring seamless event setup, planning, and coordination. Why Work at Auburn?
