No fee SCCU accounts Community Engagement Associate Duties & Responsibilities Support to engage with our community and reach new communities both online and offline. Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events including workshops, webinars, community events and sponsorships. Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, budget management, and onsite coordination. Create comprehensive event timelines, run-of-show documents, and ensure seamless execution. Work closely with marketing and design teams to develop event collateral such as invitations, signage, and promotional materials. Identify partnership opportunities for co-promotion and collaboration on events. Support sport sponsorship program from creation until execution. Prepare post-event reports with key metrics, feedback, and actionable insights for continuous improvement. Community Engagement Associate Qualifications Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required. 1-4 years relevant experience in marketing is required. Interest in community management and event planning. Well organized person able to handle several tasks at a time. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative ideas and campaigns. Good networking and relationship-building abilities. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
