You will serve as a key connector between HCAN and healthcare professionals, discharge planners, senior communities, and families in need of trusted care options.
Duties:
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, rehabs, assisted living facilities, case managers, social workers, and physician offices. Represent HCAN at local networking events, senior expos, and community outreach activities. Identify new referral opportunities and create strategic plans to grow client base. Educate partners and families about HCAN’s services through in-person visits, calls, and presentations. Collaborate with leadership on marketing initiatives, growth strategies, and brand visibility. Maintain accurate documentation of outreach activity, leads, and referral trends using CRM software. Qualifications Proven experience in healthcare sales, home care, senior services, or business development. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of the Chattanooga healthcare or senior care landscape is a strong plus. Self-starter with strong organization, time management, and goal-oriented mindset.
